What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery.

How do I pay cash on delivery?

If you opt for cash on delivery you must pay the shipping carrier in cash at the time of delivery. A € 5.00 fee is applied for cash on delivery payments.

How do I pay by bank transfer?

If you choose to pay by bank transfer you will receive an email with the bank account details. You can make your payment within 5 days, after which your order will be cancelled. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive your bank transfer.

The description line must indicate the order number sent to you by email. The bank transfer payment will be considered valid only if made within 2/5 days of the order date. MAC SRL will ship the order upon receipt of the payment. In the event of unexpected delays you will be informed by telephone and/or email. MAC SRL reserves the right to cancel your order if it does not receive your payment. If the amount paid does not correspond to the full amount of the order, MAC SRL will contact you so that you can pay the outstanding balance before your order is delivered to you. Please keep a copy of the bank transfer receipt as proof of payment.
