When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the delivery method you selected when you placed your order. We usually deliver by DHL or TNT. After your order has been shipped we will confirm shipment by sending you an email containing your order tracking number.

Does Archivio Jam deliver to P.O. Boxes or hold mail postal addresses?

To protect your purchase we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or hold mail postal addresses. Please provide a shipping address to which we can deliver and where somebody can sign for the package.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Individual orders made online cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Please specify one shipping address per order.

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, you can. After your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing the DHL tracking code with which you can track your order at any time on the DHL website. Please refer to the 'Shipping' section for further details. Activation of the tracking code may take up to 12 hours from the order confirmation email.
