Can I return a product?

You can return any product purchased from Archivio Jam and get a refund. Shipping is free for returns from Italy. For returns outside Italy, shipping is charged to the customer. You must ship the product you wish to return no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, as we do not accept returns shipped to us later than that.

Can I change a product?

Of course, for shipments to Italy we ask for a shipping cost contribution of € 10.00. For shipments outside Italy we ask for a shipping cost contribution of € 20,00.

What does 'as new' mean?

The products you may return to us must be 100% as new, i.e. they must have not been worn - except for trying them on - and have no marks, traces of dirt, signs of wear or too many creases. In addition, the label and warranty seal must still be attached. Items that are not as new will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Can I remove the labels from the products?

If you are thinking of returning a product to us do not remove any label attached to it. We cannot accept any returned product if the labels and/or the warranty seal have been removed.

Can I return a product I received as a present?

Yes, you may return a product originally purchased as a present and get a refund on the payment card or bank account used for the purchase. If you receive a product as a present and would like to return it please follow the instructions. Returning a product to us is very simple, and free of charge.

How can I return a product?

You can return a product within 14 days of receipt. To return a product:

Prepare the package for shipping
Place the products you wish to return inside the original Archivio Jam packaging
Place the Archivio Jam packaging inside the original package.
We will send you a pre-filled return label, which you will attach to the package, making sure it covers the original shipping label.
We do not accept any liability for shipments made following procedures other than the authorised one.

Will I get confirmation when you receive my return?

When our Returns Centre receives returns by customers we check them to ensure they are 'as new'. Within 14 days at the latest you will receive an email confirming that your return was received and that the relevant refund was issued to the bank account or payment card originally used for the purchase.

When will I receive confirmation of the refund?

As soon as our inspection department confirms that the product you have returned is as new we will send you an email confirming the refund, which will be made to the bank account or payment card used for the purchase.

How long does it take for me to receive a refund?

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we issue the refund to your bank account or payment card used for the purchase. If you paid for your order through PayPal, the refund usually takes 24-48 hours to appear on your PayPal account. The refund date will be the same as the initial charge date, therefore you will not lose in terms of bank interest.

Can I return a product purchased online to a store?

Sorry, at the moment it is not possible to change or return to a store products that have been purchased online. If you are not happy with a product purchased online you can return it with free return shipping.

Are products purchased online backed by warranty?

Our products have a 2-year warranty. If during the warranty period you find a manufacturing defect we will repair or replace the product for free, at our discretion. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear cannot be considered manufacturing defects. Similarly, damage resulting from unintended uses of the products cannot be considered manufacturing defects.
